• We are not responsible for any bank or third-party payment processing delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trexd Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for changes in YouTube algorithms or platform policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during service provision. Confidentiality survives termination of the agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
