We take weekly payments for the first month for you to check if we’re a good fit for your vision.
We also offer 100% refunds for the payments made in the first 21 days if you decide to terminate our partnership.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund

- Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund. We encourage clients to communicate any issues directly so we can resolve them promptly.
